Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is significantly different from the item ordered.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice and certificates (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
